Business Development Representative

Overview:
At Intugo, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Salary: $19,000 per month (before tax)
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, registering them, and following up on leads by telephone. You will also be required to provide excellent customer service, promote our product, and offer its benefits. Additionally, you will track leads in our system, make appointments, and manage a portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will also include recovering the customer portfolio, identifying reasons why customers did not purchase, and offering solutions to reschedule appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting, registering, and following up on potential clients by telephone
- Providing good customer service
- Promoting the product and offering its benefits
- Tracking leads in the system and making appointments
- Managing a portfolio of clients and making/receiving calls from potential clients
- Recovering the customer portfolio and identifying reasons why customers did not purchase
- Maintaining contact with prospects through phone calls or messages
- Maintaining minimum goals for calls, appointments, shows, and sales as required by your department
- Representing the brand and informing about our product
- Addressing customer needs and requests as soon as possible on different communication channels
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of customer service experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and bilingual Spanish/English skills. Strong computer skills are also essential.
Benefits:
- $19,000mxn monthly base salary before tax
