**Información sobre la vacante**
Nos encontramos buscando un Sales Representative que se una a nuestro equipo para promover y vender nuestros servicios completos al mercado industrial. La persona seleccionada será responsable de desarrollar relaciones con los clientes existentes y asegurar la entrega excepcional de nuestros servicios.
**Responsabilidades clave**
Desarrollo de negocios
Identificar y cultivar nuevas oportunidades en el sector industrial. Mantener y crecer relaciones con clientes existentes mediante presentaciones personalizadas y promoción de servicios.
Negociación y gestión de cuentas
Negociar términos para cerrar tratos mientras ofrece apoyo post-venta para impulsar la satisfacción y lealtad de los clientes.
Coordinación operativa
Colaborar con equipos internos para garantizar la entrega oportuna y supervisar los requisitos de proyectos personalizados.
Llegar a objetivos
Cumplir y superar metas de ventas, monitorear tendencias del mercado y generar informes de rendimiento.
Servicio al cliente
Atender consultas e inquietudes de los clientes proactivamente, actuando como el enlace entre ellos y las operaciones. Proporcionar servicio post-venta excepcional para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y fomentar la lealtad.
Habilidad para la negociación y la gestión de cuentas
Negociar precios, términos y condiciones para cerrar acuerdos comerciales.
**Requisitos**
Experiencia probada en ventas B2B, preferiblemente en servicios industriales o corporativos.
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación, comunicación y construcción de relaciones.
- Conocimientos del entorno industrial en San Luis Potosí.
- Licencia de conducir válida y disponibilidad para viajar localmente.
**Habilidades deseables**
Proficiencia en CRM y experiencia en la gestión de pipeline.
- Pericia en ventas de LinkedIn.
- Conocimiento de logística, sector automotriz, manufactura, bienes raíces o planificación de eventos.
