Salary: $20,000 - $30,000 per month
Job Description: As a Business Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our team, ensuring smooth operations by performing various tasks such as payroll, invoicing, and assisting the team as needed. You will be responsible for managing the coordination and onboarding of new employees, reviewing time tracking data, preparing client invoices, processing refunds or credits, and communicating with clients to maintain good billing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefit programs, including communication to employees of plan details and eligibility requirements, ensuring timely enrollments and terminations from the plans, and making certain that employee deductions are recouped.
- Assist in planning and company culture events, including making travel arrangements and communicating plans with team members.
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned/requested by the Management team.

- Help in the recruiting and hiring process.
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Outstanding computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional and professional verbal, written, social, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail and deadlines.
