Programmatic Solutions Coordinator

Channel Factory is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Programmatic Solutions Coordinator to support our media buying team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Assurance: Own the quality assurance process pre- and post-campaign launch, ensuring that all campaigns meet our high standards.
- Campaign Activation: Assist with campaign activation across multiple platforms, including YouTube and off-YouTube channels.
- Media Buying Support: Escalate to media buyers for day-to-day tasks, including flagging RCO deadlines, discrepancies, audits, and daily pacing checks.
- Campaign Management: Support campaign management, coverage, and overflow, pacing and optimizing towards unit goals, KPIs, and margin caps.
- Communication: Respond with urgency to all general and specialized requests using knowledge and understanding of all internal systems.
- Documentation: Maintain internal process and best practices documentation up-to-date.
- Reporting: Report ownership, forecasting avails, and ad hoc audits.
- Meeting Notes: Take and share notes for various team meetings.
- Fluency in English: Fluency in English both written and verbal.
- Digital Media Experience: 1 year of digital media experience.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic and discipline to work productively in a remote environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video conferencing and messaging apps, such as Zoom, Google Hangouts, and Slack. Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a must.
- Certifications: Bonus points if you are AdWords or YouTube certified.
- Continuous Learning: A thirst to learn the digital landscape and share with the team.

- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation.
