Sales Finance Intelligence Manager

About the Role
PepsiCo is a leading global beverage and snack food company with a diverse portfolio of iconic brands. As a Sales Finance Intelligence Jr Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial planning and analysis functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior associates in catering to specific regional, account, or finance team requirements.
- Lead the finance functional support team in HBS, providing guidance and oversight to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects, driving business growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to inform business decisions.
- Manage a team of 10-12 people, providing coaching, onboarding, and leadership to ensure high performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in finance, planning, and/or accounting, with a proven track record of managing a P&L.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in financial systems and programs, including BOBJ, Essbase, Tableau, and Excel.
- Experience in Mosaic and strong project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
