About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Mexico and Central America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with our business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, including agents and distributors
  • Manage and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives
  • Provide sales training and support to business partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Finance degree or equivalent experience in sales or finance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or finance, with a proven track record of success
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Portuguese language skills desirable
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
