About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Planning Manager to join our Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team. This individual will be responsible for building strong partnerships with sales leaders and teams, driving key functions of the business, and identifying revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify revenue opportunities and translate them into concrete go-to-market levers.
  • Build reports and dashboards to highlight business KPIs and drive sales intelligence.
  • Manage revenue planning, including target setting, forecasting, and revenue attainment tracking.
  • Ensure attainment and bonus calculation, including managing sales team quotas and calculating commission plan payments.
  • Build external incentive programs for clients that drive revenue, product adoption, and improve business health metrics.
  • Define and enforce sales & client policies with respect to revenue recognition and attribution, channel segmentation, transfer criteria, and customer acquisition.
  • Identify deficiencies in processes & tools and partner with internal teams to develop and implement solutions.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and cultivate strong working relationships with critical business partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment and similar function.
  • Experience using data to create compelling stories and influence management decision making.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms, Order Management Systems, and Ads Platforms.
  • Fast learner, self-starter, highly analytical, and able to independently multi-task and prioritize.
