About the Job:

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and analytical skills. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for attending to customer portfolios, receiving and analyzing customer consumption forecasts, and following up on deliveries to ensure timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers via phone and in person to understand their needs and preferences
  • Analyze customer consumption forecasts and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
  • Support the Sales Supervisor in managing the sales cycle from quote to delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commercial Relations, International Trade, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
