About the RoleWe are seeking a Sales Professional to join our team in Puebla, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and negotiation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Develop professional relationships with customers and optimize sales, new product development, and promotions.
- Ensure maximum visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities, point of buying materials placement, and report on activities.
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in Administration or Business.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
- Moderate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Negotiation, organization, time management, self-direction, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
As a Sales Professional at Mondelez International, you can expect:
- A competitive salary: $250,000 - $300,000 MXN per year (based on location and experience).
