Global Sales Development Professional

Racing Cargo is a leading provider of international freight services, committed to delivering personalized customer service.
We are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Executive to join our team, responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing qualified leads, and converting them into actual clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new business opportunities and develop a qualified pipeline of leads
- Organize face-to-face meetings, present proposals, and close business in person
- Overcome monthly sales goals and update the CRM Logitude system daily and weekly
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities
- Perform monthly administrative tasks related to the sales department
- Collaborate internally with all departments to achieve the global goal
- Track appointments and follow up on payments
- Sign up customers and solve problems
- Analyze all types of customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field
- MS Office essential (Word, Excel, Mail, Database)
- Excellent oral expression and negotiation skills
- Availability for constant training and willingness to travel as needed
- Relationship building and problem-solving skills
- Nice attitude, own a car, and availability to travel
