At NielsenIQ, we are seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Growth Manager to lead our sales efforts for market penetration solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing commercial plans, driving full sales cycles, and building strong relationships with C-level executives.

About the Role:

The Senior Revenue Growth Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities, expanding business with existing clients, and proactively networking to stay ahead of client strategic priorities. This individual will work closely with our Delivery COE team to ensure seamless delivery to clients and will be accountable for the financial performance of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial plans to drive revenue growth
  • Lead full sales cycles, including prospecting, pipeline development, and proposal submission
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key players across broad client targets
  • Collaborate with our Commercial Leaders, PL, Delivery COE team, and other Analytics LATAM leaders to ensure leads and opportunities are picked up and pertinent information is shared
  • Take overall accountability for business planning and implementation, tracking financial performance of clients, and owning the business plan

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing and Promotion Strategy, CPG Sales, Trade Marketing, Retailer - Key Account, Merchandising
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Good knowledge of sales processes in CPG companies, customers, modern and traditional markets
  • Excellent business English and local language skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven sales acumen and excellent problem-solving skills

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
