Key Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or chat Conduct remote troubleshooting, replicating client issues across various environments Identify the optimal solution based on the issue and details provided by clients Guide clients through the problem-solving process Take full ownership of client issues from inception to resolution, ensuring effective technical solutions

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Operations Support Willingness to work on weekends and during late shifts Proven technical skills in Linux administration Experience in troubleshooting and communicating investigations to both technical and non-technical users Proficiency in English, with a minimum level of B2+

Preferred Qualifications

ITIL certification or experience with ITIL-based processes Familiarity with Javascript and Python (ability to read and understand code) Experience with Gsuite products
