Business Development and Sales Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the global names portfolio, covering approximately 5 Relationship Managers (RMs) and managing a revenue of over $3M annually, with a pipeline exceeding $2M. The position involves establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones to ensure fair outcomes for all customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating new products, propositions, and relevant market information to customers
  • Identifying sales opportunities and developing them proactively
  • Supporting distribution channel business development strategies and plans to generate new business and increase revenue for existing ones
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and product specialists, to maximize cross-selling opportunities
  • Participating in events, initiatives, and activities to develop business opportunities

The ideal candidate should have advanced English language skills and possess strong communication abilities, with experience in cash management products and relationship-building.

Salary: Approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Hsbc offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
