**Job Overview**

The Regional Commercial Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth and profitability in the assigned region. This strategic role requires a results-driven individual to oversee all aspects of commercial sales, ensuring maximum revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Supervise and coach a team of sales professionals to enhance customer service and commercial program profitability
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new sales strategies and programs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the commercial footprint
- Foster strong relationships with key accounts and clients to drive loyalty and retention

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a relevant field
- 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership and account management
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions

Compensation:
