Sales Director

Procter & Gamble is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Chihuahua, Mexico. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading change, developing people and organizations, and solving complex problems by thinking critically.
We are seeking an individual with a strong background in sales, who has experience working with customers, and who is proficient in English (written and spoken). The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, with 1-3 years of experience in sales roles or other related fields.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building collaborative customer relationships, contributing to joint business plans, and taking advantage of P&G's world-class leadership development opportunities to improve their potential. They will also execute business plans to meet or exceed financial objectives, manage and improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
