About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Developer to join our team in Tijuana, Mexico. As a Sales Developer, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new commercial opportunities in the Traditional Channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage distributors to ensure volume objectives are met with various clients.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies across the region.
  • Analyze and interpret commercial data to inform business decisions.
  • Train and develop the workforce on better working practices, new strategies, and displays.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1+ years of related work experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
