Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at Sanmina.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a sales team, manage their activities, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of success in sales management.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth.

In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About This Role:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales management, including meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
