Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Catalyst to support our sales team in qualifying leads, introducing our products, and managing customer relationships throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and outreach efforts.
  • Product Introduction: Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and the mission of Authentic Taste to prospective clients.
  • Scheduling Discovery Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team to explore opportunities and demonstrate product value.
  • Sampling Process Follow-Up: Ensure the sampling process is successful by following up with clients and providing virtual assistance when necessary to confirm customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Work diligently to secure re-order or supplementary purchase orders (POs) and maintain ongoing communication with clients to facilitate the process.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships throughout client organizations, ensuring regular follow-ups to assess their needs and satisfaction.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure outstanding customer service by being proactive and attentive, so that no customer has to ask for anything.
  • Inventory Monitoring: Maintain accurate records of product inventory levels and communicate with clients to manage their par levels effectively.
  • CRM Utilization: Use our proprietary CRM system to track interactions, manage customer data, and support continuous sales growth across accounts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Sales and understanding of Marketing.
  • Proven experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the food manufacturing or CPG industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for innovation.
  • Self-imposed high-quality expectations and proactiveness as a standard.
