Sales Director Job Description

Nepanoa is partnering with our client to find a talented Sales Director to lead their sales team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through innovative strategies and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Lead and manage a team of sales directors, managers, and trainers to achieve sales targets and excellence in customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to enhance sales staff effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business objectives and optimizing sales performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in sales and sales management, demonstrating strong coaching and leadership skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) with exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, allowing effective interaction with diverse teams and stakeholders.
