At Paraty Tech, we are a leading technology company that provides innovative solutions to hotels to enhance their direct sales. With offices in Spain, Portugal, and Mexico, our team is committed to collaborating closely with clients to increase their booking sales through their own websites.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director for the LATAM and North America regions to lead commercial and growth strategies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing agreed-upon strategies from our head office in Spain to expand and consolidate Paraty Tech's presence in these markets.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the sales team in the LATAM and North America regions, including supervision of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
• Develop and execute sales strategies for the growth of Paraty Tech in these markets, aligned with the guidelines of the head office in Spain.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote your brand and generate business opportunities.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the hotel and travel tech sector.
• Ensure compliance with the business and growth objectives established by the company.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure proper implementation of go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Analyze market trends and emerging opportunities to adapt business and expansion strategies.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Previous experience in sales leadership positions in the Travel Tech or Hospitality Technology industry.
• Proven experience in leading and scaling sales teams.
• Deep knowledge of the LATAM and North American markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Availability to travel frequently within assigned regions to attend key events and meetings.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage remote teams, and coordinate with head office.

Prior Experience in the Expansion of Travel Tech Companies in LATAM and North America, Knowledge of CRM Tools, and B2B Sales Strategies are Highly Valued. Fluency in English and Spanish is also essential.
