A Day in the Life

As a Sales Representative II at Medtronic, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
  • Conduct market research, including customers and competitors' activities.
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and make necessary changes.
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and working knowledge of company products and services.
  • Medical device sales experience.
  • Experience entering the operating room.
  • Intermediate level of English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Tavi & aortic stent graft portfolios.
