About the Role:

Fronius is seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the metalworking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients and develop relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Provide support and follow-up to existing customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage projects in the automotive industry and mechanical metal sectors, including price negotiation and sales closing.
  • Oversee commercial management of quotes and track collections.
  • Organize and execute commercial demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
  • Document sales information in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Intermediate English language proficiency.
  • Work experience in the metalworking industry, with a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Knowledge of welding and welding machines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • Current driver's license and standard car handling skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in a customer-oriented service environment.
  • Proactive and team-oriented approach.
