As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Fine Fragrances business by managing and leading sales activities. You will develop and implement proactive plans to support our commercial strategy, ensuring the growth and profitability of our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities, decision factors, and success criteria, and define action plans accordingly.
  • Anticipate clients' needs and lead proactive projects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead projects originated in the region, establishing resources and managing timelines.
  • Define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project, according to guidelines, and enter all project details properly.
  • Lead contact for client Global Fragrance Development leaders.

Ensure transparent and effective communication for solutions across different departments, including marketing, Consumer Insights, technical, procurement, and supply chain.

Ownership of the business, through efficient project management to deliver high win rates and risk management.

You Bring

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, sales/marketing.
  • Good team player, seen as a strong partner by the development teams involved in clients' projects.
  • Solid experience in managing projects across the value chain (Service level agreements, supply chain projects).
  • Business acumen (pricing, sales & profitability, expenses, client overdue...).
  • Integrity, passionate, resilient, and desire for customer intimacy building.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent English (excellent written and verbal skills).
