The purpose of this role is to lead and profitably grow either a group of business relationships or a single business relationship. Responsible for building a trusted relationship with the client. Understanding the needs of the client's business and identifying opportunities for the Dentsu business to support them. Lead and manage the business team and capabilities required to deliver business driving ideas and solutions for the client. Ultimately, increasing Dentsu's share of the client's business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall leadership of significant business relationships or groups of clients
  • Manages the business – delivers the service proposition to clients and full end-to-end management of the business on individual clients
  • Relationship Management – owns the senior client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy for the client
  • Proactive Business Development – delivers against specific client cross-sell and upsell opportunities into the Dentsu profit and loss (P&L)
  • Commercial and service ownership of client relationships – drives growth and profit and ensures seamless delivery
  • Team Management – manages an integrated and motivated team around the clients' objectives and culture
  • New Business – leads relevant new business initiatives in conjunction with the New Business and Marketing team
