At Genesys, we empower organizations to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and business outcomes. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating qualified opportunities for our sales team through inbound and outbound efforts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls and web inquiries, building rapport with contacts and understanding their needs. You will transform marketing leads into sales opportunities by educating and challenging prospective buyers. Your strong communication skills and ability to engage with technical and senior executive decision makers will be essential in driving business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with contacts and offer resources to understand their buying process
  • Transform marketing leads into sales opportunities that meet minimum qualification criteria (BANT)
  • Partner with field sales reps on outbound prospecting and competitive strategies
  • Assign and use lead nurturing process on ICP accounts not ready to buy
  • Search internal and external subscription databases for additional key contacts within existing companies

Qualifications

We are looking for a native Spanish speaker who is fluent in English, with excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related major, or equivalent experience in software or SaaS is required. 5+ years of proven business-to-business experience in a sales or inside sales environment is also necessary. Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is an advantage.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
