Overview

Oswego FCU, a member-owned financial cooperative association, is dedicated to delivering quality financial products and services with professionalism, courtesy, and timeliness. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will serve as a liaison between members and the Credit Union.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to exceed member expectations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Greet and welcome members, handling transactions, account openings, and providing information on credit union products and services.
  • Educate current and prospective members about available financial products and services.
  • Responsible for daily work and cash drawer balancing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math and computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
  • Travel to other branch locations may be required.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $15.50 per hour, which translates to approximately $$31,968 per annum, based on a 35-40 hour workweek.
