Job Summary

The Customer Success Account Manager is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving customer adoption and growth within an assigned territory. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure they achieve maximum value from our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective customer success and value strategies to drive growth and retention within assigned accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer relationships
  • Negotiate favorable renewal terms and contracts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the business and customers to improve future outcomes and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in customer success, account management, or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
