Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize the HubSpot CRM system to meet the needs of our sales team
  • Implement and refine automation in HubSpot to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
  • Develop and maintain detailed reports on sales, miles, and indicators to inform business decisions
  • Work with clients to understand their business processes, document them, and implement improvements
  • Coordinate with work teams to meet commercial management objectives and develop best practices for CRM customization
  • Train employees on how to use HubSpot for sales, marketing, and service operations
  • Manage regular client meetings and communications, including taking detailed notes and sharing action items
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to clients
  • Develop and present new project management strategies and documentation to train the team
  • Complete and maintain relevant HubSpot certifications and attend educational events

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in CRM or marketing automation (HubSpot preferred)
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience with HubSpot's workflow and sequence platform
  • Well-developed written communication skills and presentation skills
  • Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented with minimal supervision
  • Persuasion skills and good communication
