Key Account Executive

Account Management: Foster strong relationships with key retail clients to maximize Kellanova product visibility and sales opportunities. Manage client accounts to ensure our products maintain strong visibility, placement, and availability in-store.
Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve or exceed sales budget, focusing on business growth and revenue expansion. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance.
Business Development: Collaborate with MFT areas (Marketing, Finance, and Sales Operations) to implement and track promotions and other key initiatives to drive sales. Propose new products and tailored strategies to meet client needs.
Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues day-to-day, ensuring a high level of customer engagement and maintaining long-term relationships. Provide excellent customer service to drive business growth and retention.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data, market trends, and customer feedback to generate reports assessing performance and adjusting strategies as needed. Use data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
In-store Execution: Work with Sales Operations to optimize product display, shelf placement, and stock levels to ensure alignment with Kellanova and client standards. Ensure seamless account management and execution to drive business results.
