About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Executive to join our team at Reckitt. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, aligning our product range with their needs, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product placement and merchandising.
  • Analyse customer data to inform sales decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
