Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a technical support environment, strong knowledge of networking and security protocols, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to FortiGate products and other network security devices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, L2/L3 switches, and other network security protocols
  • Experience working in a technical support environment, preferably in a networking or security company
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes

Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year
