As a Customer Enjoyment Installations Analyst, you\u0027ll bring clean solar energy to Mexico by working with our Customer Enjoyment team and aligning them with the company\u0027s priorities.

You\u0027ll be responsible for coordinating installations across all geographies in Mexico, ensuring a great customer experience by troubleshooting efficiently with different stakeholders, ensuring installations are completed within Service Level Agreements, and giving effective feedback to all stakeholders for constant improvement.

Your tasks will include:

  • Scheduling installations with customers across Mexico according to installer and warehouse availability.
  • Ensuring projects are finished as scheduled within 9 days, working closely with the Operations Installer-communication owner.
  • Implementing daily checks to avoid cancellations on visits and ensure Service Level Agreements compliance for Approval of Technical Visits.
  • Generating constant internal improvements and implementing Solar Technicians\u0027 and Installers\u0027 feedback to strike zero errors for quality installations.
  • Iterating current processes and tasks to automate them and make your process scalable through software solutions.
  • Ensuring solutions are implemented whenever there\u0027s a problem on a customer\u0027s installation.

We\u0027re looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service, who has SQL skills and database analysis experience, and is concise and clear in communication (Spanish and English).
