Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative for Citi's Financial Advisor Support team, you will play a critical role in providing world-class customer service to clients and deepening relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address escalation/help desk issues ranging from tutorial guidance requests to senior escalations issues for external clients and internal/remote staff.
- Interpret procedures/instructions to resolve problems within established policies and procedures, while adhering to banking and brokerage regulatory requirements.
- Work under little to no direct supervision while performing job duties as required, may train lower level team members.
- Respond to inbound phone inquiries regarding specific brokerage related questions and concerns
- Utilize excellent problem-solving skills and effective decision-making to resolve inquiries
- Develop relationships with existing clients and build relationships with new clients.
- Manage client follow-up and adhere to all Regulatory, Compliance operating procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2-4 years relevant experience
- Previous financial services experience preferred
- Must hold and maintain an active Series 7 Brokerage and the 63 Securities License
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and market rates for similar positions.
