Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategies to maximize volume, spending, and retail execution across our key accounts. You will conduct thorough analysis of business trends, including brand share, pricing, promotion levels, and trade class development.
To succeed in this role, you must have a deep understanding of digital commerce, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and manage relationships with key players and customers at the regional or store level.
Main Responsibilities:- Formulate strategic plans to ensure maximum volume, profitability, and customer service.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business trends in each account, including brand share, pricing, promotion levels, and trade class development.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer service across our omnichannel landscape.
- Build and manage relationships with key players and customers at the regional or store level.
- Recruit, train, and develop team personnel to ensure they perform at their highest potential.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, business administration, international trade, or related fields.
- At least +3 years of experience in the commercial area managing customers or e-commerce customers.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Google suite, and experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
