About the Role:

  • We are looking for a results-driven individual with 10+ years of experience in product sales, preferably in general banking operations and cross-sell opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to represent the organization with key stakeholders, and have a strong understanding of commercial banking principles.
  • This role requires a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Responsibilities:
    1. Spearhead the development and execution of sales strategies to optimize all sales channels, deliver a consistent client experience, and establish a multiproduct sales platform.
    2. Meet or exceed sales goals for specific products or product sets, while increasing sales agent productivity and managing staff attrition.
    3. Support efforts to refine and improve risk policies for specific products or product sets, partner with key stakeholders to optimize processing costs, and leverage cross-selling and in-bound sales activities at key customer touch points.
    4. Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders to drive partnerships and deployment opportunities, ensuring compliance with Citigroup's Compliance & Control policy and local regulatory guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years related product sales experience
    • Clear communication skills and ability to represent the organization with leaders of partner organizations
    • Knowledge of general banking operations and cross-sell opportunities

    Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
