Drive Revenue Growth in the Financial Sector

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our efforts in the financial sector. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our footprint in the banking industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the financial sector and its key players. You will lead a team of Account Executives to develop and execute a robust customer acquisition strategy, achieve significant annual growth in revenue and bookings, and manage the entire sales process.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Leading a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets and exceed pipeline generation goals
  • Managing the sales process, including establishing key metrics for sales funnel management and holding yourself and your team accountable for meeting and exceeding pipeline generation and sales goals
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CORPORATE TEAMS, INCLUDING INDUSTRY MARKETING, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, FIELD AND INDUSTRY MARKETING, STRATEGIC OPERATIONS, PRODUCT MANAGEMENT, AND RECRUITING
  • Implementing an effective operating model and ensuring adherence to internal processes
  • Driving the adoption and utilization of our sales methodology and sales and marketing systems and tools
  • Aligning and coordinating with product, customer success, and services teams to deliver exceptional success for our customers
  • Maintaining key customer relationships and developing strategies for expanding enterprise business
