Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the People Leaders and Hiring Managers at the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association, providing expertise in talent acquisition and management. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including recruitment branding, diversity and inclusion initiatives, online recruitment, talent mapping, and external talent pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage Recruitment Branding and Diversity Initiatives: Develop and execute recruitment branding programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and online recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Talent Mapping and Pipeline Management: Identify and develop a robust talent pipeline through talent mapping, networking, and partnerships with leading executive search agencies.
- Best Practice Process Implementation: Facilitate the implementation of best practice talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, selection, and hiring.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify innovative ways of candidate sourcing and develop new recruitment tools.
- Benchmarking and Process Improvement: Benchmark existing processes and recommend improvements to talent acquisition deliverables.
- Recruitment Metrics and Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain close relationships with stakeholders, including People Leaders, Hiring Managers, and executive search agencies.
- Project Management: Participate in or lead talent acquisition projects at the organization level.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with additional languages such as Portuguese or French being an asset.
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end processes.
