Job Summary
We seek an experienced Ecommerce Sales Representative who shares our passion for wine and wants to contribute to our growth in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing social media channels, meeting sales goals, identifying new opportunities, analyzing market trends, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our exclusive selection of wines through our ecommerce platform.
- Manage our social media channels to maximize sales and marketing efforts.
- Achieve a minimum weekly sales target of €1,000.
- Spot and develop new sales opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce sales, preferably in the wine or alcoholic beverages sector. Direct-to-Consumer Sales experience is also required. Additionally, proficiency in English is essential, especially for sales in Europe. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work independently from home with a reliable internet connection.
Benefits
We offer a base salary of $10,000 MXN monthly, attractive commissions based on sales targets (starting at 8% with no cap), and the flexibility of working remotely from anywhere.
