We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Sales Excellence team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
About the Opportunity:
This is an excellent chance to leverage your sales expertise and passion for innovation to drive business success. You'll work closely with our experienced Sales teams to develop targeted campaigns, execute lead generation strategies, and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through research, outreach, and prospecting
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs
- Providing insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and maximize ROI

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of sales success, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools
- Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced environment
