Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Rx Product Lifecycle Manager to join our team in CDMX. This role involves managing Prescription products across their entire lifecycle from planning to execution, aligning with the Business Unit's strategy and objectives in Mexico.
This position requires translating customer needs and corporate/local strategy into product offerings for the targeted market.
Main Responsibilities:- Design a local strategy for the RX division based on General Management guidelines and considering Galderma's overall vision, strategy, goals, and objectives.
- Implement the Prescription Business Unit's local strategy established by the Business Head, analyzing deviations and developing corrective action-plans (if required) to achieve established goals.
- Propose initiatives to Business Head to improve area results, as well as communicate financial and personnel requirements to achieve established goals.
- Prepare reports to communicate area results and explain deviations to the Prescription Business Head.
- Execute strategies and commercial plans to market prescription products in established markets to achieve sales goals.
- Follow implementation of strategies to adapt them based on market changes.
- Coordinate efforts with other business units to optimize commercialization of Galderma's products.
- Monitor products performance and implement action plans to meet established objectives.
- Generate marketing campaigns established by the Business Head to increase sales of products.
Education/Training: University degree in Marketing, International Business, Business Administration, Economics or similar. MBA or graduate degree desirable.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions, desirable within the Pharmaceutical industry and particularly in Rx dermatological products.
Mandatory fluent level in English.
