Job Overview

Zendesk is seeking a highly skilled Associate Solutions Consultant to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Presales team, you will play a critical role in supporting our global sales teams and customers by providing technical and functional support on key opportunities.

Your mission will be to ensure product selection, working closely with our sales teams to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Zendesk solutions meet their needs. You will be the technical bridge between our sales teams and their prospects, managing and presenting technical information via remote calls and video conferences.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills. You will also need to be bilingual in Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.

We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of related experience and a minimum of 1 year of software pre-sales experience. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and have a can-do and proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support to sales teams and customers on key opportunities
  • Ensure product selection by understanding customer requirements and demonstrating how Zendesk solutions meet their needs
  • Manage and present technical information via remote calls and video conferences
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and sales teams

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of related experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of software pre-sales experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Strong understanding of web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Awareness of web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications
  • Experience working in or with Call Centers, including an understanding of key metrics and best practices
  • Proficiency in Portuguese

Hybrid Work Arrangement:

This role requires attendance at our Mexico City office on a weekly basis for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule will be determined by the hiring manager.

Location:

This role is based in Mexico City, Mexico, and requires the candidate to be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
