We've built the Scaled program to support new companies in outbound sales, helping them build successful teams.

Responsibilities

  1. Initial guidance from the Head of Strategy, ensuring training, client onboarding, and support.
  2. Design, develop, and support SDRs executing outbound sales development campaigns.
  3. Coach clients in growth and Predictable Revenue strategies.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a client-facing role.
  2. Fluent English, assertive verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for C-Level discussions.
  3. Experience in outbound lead gen roles (Account Executive, Account Manager) and project management.
  4. Confidence in guiding clients, organization skills, and ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
  5. Familiarity with Gmail and cloud-based work environments.
  6. Natural curiosity in technology, analyzing metrics, and learning from data.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Help clients build outbound lead generation campaigns (messaging, customer profile, target industries, market fit).
  2. Analyze campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  3. Design client playbooks and execute outreach programs.
  4. Manage client relationships to achieve goals.
  5. Meet weekly to report metrics and plan for upcoming campaigns.
