We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Executive Associate to join our Primary Accounts team in the LATAM region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with our Commodity Insights clients, understanding their business needs, and driving service adoption.
Responsibilities- Proactive outreach to clients to discuss current services, client needs, and potential up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Retention activities, including mid-point and renewal touch points, documented in Salesforce.
- Managing incoming calls and emails for assigned accounts, setting up and providing training as needed.
- Discovering and diagnosing possible up-sell/cross-sell opportunities, assisting with product demos and meeting scheduling.
- Working across the Commodity Insights organization to resolve client issues in a timely manner.
- Documenting all client interactions in Salesforce.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to identify client problems through consultative questioning.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
