Senior Customer Success Director

Gigamon is a leading provider of deep observability solutions that help the largest and most complex organizations protect their hybrid networks and data.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Director to join our team, responsible for driving the success of our customers through effective communication, alignment of team deliverables, and continuous process evaluation and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive growth and retention
- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure successful customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align team capabilities with customer needs
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Act as a point of escalation for customer issues and complaints
- Advocate for customer interests to influence product development and enhancements
Requirements:
- BA/BS quantitative or technical degree or equivalent
- 5+ years experience managing customer-facing teams
- Proven track record in coordinating internal departments and resources to solve complex customer support problems
- Experience developing and holding teams accountable to KPIs relevant to the team and business need
