About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our Mexico team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and managing key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in Mexico.
  • Built strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet customer needs and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using CRM software.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Demonstrable success in developing and executing business development strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Familiarity with mobile devices, software solutions, and/or telecom services is highly desirable.
