Dessarollo En Procesos Y Coaching is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue optimization strategies to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and market expansion.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align revenue goals with sales strategies and promotional activities.

• Utilize data analytics tools to forecast revenue trends, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights.

• Implement effective pricing models, considering risk assessment, market demand, and profitability.

• Work closely with operational teams to manage loan portfolios, optimize capacity, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.

• Evaluate and recommend revenue optimization tools, systems, or technologies to streamline processes and enhance revenue management practices.

• Assess risks related to revenue generation.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.

• Proven experience (4 years) in revenue management, pricing strategies, or financial analysis within the personal loan, consumer lending, or financial services industry.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful revenue optimization strategies, driving measurable results.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards within the personal loan or consumer lending sector.

• Ability to design efficient processes and continuously improve operations.

**Benefits:**

• Competitive salary range: $35,000-$45,000 per month.
