Join our dynamic HR team as a HR Business Partner for Latin America. In this pivotal role, you will engage in shaping the HR agenda and executing essential HR processes, initiatives, and daily operations within the Global Business Services team. Your primary responsibility will be to comprehend business requirements and collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs), the Hire to Retire (HTR) process, and the Global Business Services team to deliver tailored solutions and programs that align with strategic objectives.

As a trusted advisor, you will support and guide organizational leaders and teams throughout the entire talent lifecycle, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations. This position is designed to identify growth opportunities, enhance employee engagement through HR initiatives, build organizational capabilities, and establish an effective organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to implement short- and long-term HR strategies that support business goals. Act as a champion for organizational simplification, fostering capabilities and maximizing team performance. Develop strong relationships within the organization, providing technical expertise to assist managers and employees across various HR domains. HR Process Execution: Ensure compliance with HR policies and COEs, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, and Organizational Development & Learning. Utilize people data, insights, and analytics to inform business and personnel decisions. Talent Management: Lead the talent management agenda through performance cycles, succession planning, and development strategies. Attract, nurture, and retain top talent to fulfill business strategies, while managing performance processes in collaboration with the compensation team. Cultural Stewardship: Offer guidance on cultural transformation initiatives to foster a robust organizational culture. Promote Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) strategies, cultivate a positive work environment, and implement HR interventions to enhance organizational engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar HR role, focusing on Organizational Development, Talent Management, and HR Partnership. At least 2 years of relevant experience in a global or multinational organization, with exposure to diverse cultural contexts. Fluency in English to effectively engage with regional and global stakeholders. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions based on available data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
