Key Responsibilities

The HR Business Partner serves as a vital strategic consultant, tasked with aligning organizational goals with employee engagement and management within designated business units. This role involves the implementation and alignment of HR processes with overarching company strategies. The HRBP provides expert HR consulting to both managers and employees, enhancing organizational effectiveness and facilitating change management to embed the division into the corporate culture.

Essential Functions

- Collaborates with senior leadership to achieve and surpass operational and commercial performance targets.

- Develops HR strategies that reflect company values, business objectives, employee needs, and industry best practices.

- Ensures uniform application of workplace regulations and adherence to company policies.

- Advocates for fair treatment of employees in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

- Proactively engages with divisional management on organizational challenges impacting performance.

- Fosters effective communication across all organizational levels.

- Maintains constructive relationships with the workforce.

- Acts as a liaison between management and employees, addressing inquiries and resolving workplace issues.

- Assists in the administration of compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.

- Implements HR initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness.

- Ensures HR processes are executed efficiently and effectively.

- Identifies recruitment needs and collaborates with hiring managers during the selection process.

- Conducts orientation for new employees to promote a positive organizational culture.

- Plans and oversees training and development programs for the business.

Qualifications

- Several years of experience in HR Generalist roles.

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.

- Comprehensive knowledge in recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor laws, performance management, and HR information systems is essential.

- Experience in implementing HR policies in a global context is advantageous.

- Exceptional communication skills are required.

- Bilingual proficiency, particularly in English, is necessary.

- Experience in a multinational setting is preferred.

- A strong ethical foundation, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability are crucial.

- Proficient in active listening, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving, with a strong team-oriented mindset.

- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives is preferred.
