About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support professional to join our team at EPAM. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of EPAM's products and services to provide accurate and effective support.
  • Communicate technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Document and track customer issues, ensuring effective resolution and follow-up.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT Operations Support.
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on Linux administration and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English, with a strong command of technical terminology.
