About the Role

As a Vendor Management Support, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vendor relationships. This position is responsible for performing daily administrative management of assigned vendor lines, including material master maintenance, promotion pricing, invoicing, return, and purchase order responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accuracy and timeliness of all Vendor Partner orders (20%).
  • Understand and monitor returns process and guidelines.
  • Monitor Returns status daily (20%).
  • Manage promotions, ensuring budget availability and correct authorizations.
  • Track expiration dates.
  • Set up new part numbers accurately and on time (20%).
  • Provide responsive, courteous support to sales, vendor partners, and internal departments.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to monitor purchase/pricing strategies for products.
  • May manage smaller product lines and be accountable for sales growth and attainment of profit goals.
  • Monitor shared email box (20%).
  • Manage SKU Setup & Price Change Process (20%).
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting as needed.
  • Assist with Vendor Portal Updates.
  • Assist with implementing Sales Incentives & Engagements.
About You

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual who can effectively execute instructions and request clarification when needed. You should possess basic clerical and data entry skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
